Managing your password is done through a service accessible at https://pass.laidlaw.ac.nz.

Your login to this service will be your student ID number.
Your password will be the one initially sent to you, along with your student ID number, to your home email address.  This email will be sent after you enrolled, and one or two weeks before your semester begins.

You will be able to change your password, and if you set up the service, reset your password should you forget it.  This video shows how to set up the service and change your password for the first time.
