Login screen looping - not able to get into Laidlaw Moodle?

 

This issue is caused by having multiple Microsoft accounts on your computer, and then the computer gets confused about which account to try to use for logging in to Moodle.

There are three possible solutions. Try the easiest first! Follow the links to see the attached process.

1)     Sign out from Office.
Go to https://office.com and if you are already signed in, then sign out.
1. Click on your profile picture in the top right of the window

2. Click Sign out.


3. Then close your browser and open it again.

 

2)     Delete your login cookies.

The process is different depending on whether you are using a Mac or Windows computer, and what browser you are using.

Mac - Safari

3)     Remove saved account names

Windows will save your account details and keep trying to login using these same details.  This process will remove the saved details (not the accounts themselves). You will need to login again to access linked apps.
